New appointment made for Korean studies at the Univ. of Sydney
The University of Sydney, Australia recently announced a new appointment for Korean studies. Dr. Pankaj Mohan, who will teach Korean history at the University of Sydney beginning July 2002, received his Ph.D. at Australian National University with thesis, "Buddhism and State in Early Silla". The Korea Foundation will extend partial support for the establishment of his professorship.
