Workshop for Korean language educators from Southeast and Southwest Asia
Twenty Korean language educators from Southeast and Southwest Asia will have the opportunity to upgrade their skills and acquire practical knowledge March 21 through April 1. A workshop co-organized by the Korea Foundation and the International Association for Korean Language Education will take place at Sangmyung University’s Korean Language and Culture Center, with participants coming from Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Pakistan and Taiwan. The event is the second of its kind and will focus on Korean language education based on grammar and Korean culture.
Korean language educators play a crucial role in Southeast and Southwest Asian countries, where they struggle to accommodate a growing demand for proficiency in Korean. The Foundation is confident that this workshop will be of immense benefit to the participants and their students.
