Dr. Mohamed Milad Saad Milad, Assistant Director for International Cooperation, Development and Training. Academy of Graduate Studies (ASG) in Libya will visit Korea from May 3 to May 9 by invitation of the Korea Foundation.
The Academy of Graduate Studies (ASG) was established in 1988, Most of the ASG Professors receive support from the Libyan government and they have a high reputation. ASG attracts various international seminars and conferences to Libya. The visit by Dr. Milad, an assistant director of ASG, is expected to help expand various exchanges, strengthening mutual understanding between Korea and Libya. It is also seen as a good opportunity to increase support to a variety of Korean studies-related institutions in ASG
During his stay in Korea, he will visit Seoul National University and the Korea Development Institute School of Public Police and Management (KDI School), the Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security (IFANS), Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, and the Korea-Arab Society to discuss ways to promote cooperation in the fields of the economic and politics between Korea and Libya. He will also have a chance to experience diverse aspects of Korea by visiting historical sites in Gyeongju and by touring the industrial facilities of Hyundai Heavy Industry and SK Energy in Ulsan
