Korea Foundation (President: Lim, Sung Jun) is holding 17th Korea Foundation Forum “The Challenge of Political Polarization” on September 18th at Seoul Plaza Hotel. James Tompson, the president of RAND Institute, will be invited to the forum.
RAND is an American research institute of National Defense’s policy, established in 1946 and its studies are giving impact to American government’s decision making.
RAND has 1,200 research analysts and educates students via its affiliated graduate school. RAND is broadening its research area to education, healthcare, city planning, environmental issues, further from national defense.
