Ms. Li Xianhua, Vice President of the Guangdong Federation of Literary and Art Circles, PRC, will visit Korea from October 18 to 23 by invitation of the Korea Foundation.
 

Ms. Li Xianhua is a celebrity in Beijing opera and drama performance. She has received many awards for her outstanding theatrical performances.

During her stay, Ms. Li Xianhua will meet with counterparts in the National Center for Korean Traditional Performing Arts, the Korea National University of Arts and the Seoul Theater Center. She will also visit the National Museum of Korea, Changdeok Palace and historical sites in Busan and Jeju area.

The Guangdong Federation of Literary and Art Circles was founded in September 1950. It is a specialized agency consisting of around 40 literary and art groups in the province of Guangdong. This visit of Ms. Li Xianhua will offer a good opportunity to introduce traditional Korean culture through her to many Chinese people.
