Mr. Ernest Kabila, Vice President of Radio Television Nationale Congolaise will visit Korea from December 14 to 20 by invitation of the Korea Foundation.
RTNC (Radio Television Nationale Congolaise) was established in 1976 and has two channels — RTNC 1 and RTNC 2. In addition to DR Congo, they also broadcast throughout North Africa, West-east Europe, and Central Asia. DR Congo public service broadcasting RTNC televised the ary program about Korean culture and in particular covered the Incheon Metropolitan City Dance Theatre performance live on their channel.
During his stay, Mr. Ernest Kabila will meet with counterparts in order to discuss partnerships with Arirang TV, Nuri Dream Square, KBS, Korea Broadcasters Association, and Digital Medial City. He will also visit the National Museum of Korea and N-Seoul Tower.
