Thank you for your interest in attending the Cuban Culture and Arts Festival 2013 “Passion of Caribe, Enjoy Cuba” performance that is being held at the Yongsan Art Hall, on August 3, 2013 (Saturday) at 3:00 p.m.

We are pleased to confirm the following attendees and number of seats which have been reserved for this performance, as indicated in the following list.

Attendees should pick up their tickets from the box office during the period of 2 hours prior to the concert’s start (from 1:00 p.m.) and at least 30 minutes before the start time (2:30 p.m.), so that everyone can be seated properly. Please note that the admission of latecomers may be restricted.

If your reservation has been confirmed but you are not able to attend the event, please contact us (kfcenter@kf.or.kr) as soon as possible, so that your tickets can be allocated to another applicant. If you do not contact us to cancel your reservation, the KF Cultural Center reserves the right to lower your priority for the allocation of tickets to future events.
