The 3rd ACH Photo & Video Contest
ASEAN Culture House (ACH) is holding the 3rd photo and video contest from March 2 to April 24. The ACH is waiting for your photos and videos taken the memories in Korea and ASEAN or the scenes of interactions between ASEAN and Korea.

- Charms of Korea and ASEAN that I experienced as a foreigner

ㅇ Eligibility: Anyone interested in Korea and ASEAN
(open to both Koreans and foreign nationals)
2. Schedule
ㅇ Application Period: 9:00 am, Mar. 2 – 6:00 pm, Apr. 24, 2020 (KST)
ㅇ Winner Announcement: June 5. 2020
ㅇ Award Ceremony: mid-June, 2020
ㅇ Exhibition of Winning Entries: mid-June to August, 2020

3. How to Submit Your Work
ㅇ On-line submission through the ACH website
1) Access the ACH’s contest website (contest.ach.or.kr).
2) Choose the appropriate category (“Photography” or “Video”) and follow the format guidelines.

4. Evaluation Process
ㅇ Evaluation
1) Eligibility Screening: Screening for submissions that are duplicates, unsuitable for the theme, or plagiarized
2) Experts Judges: In-depth review by a panel of experts
3) Online Vote: Public vote via online form for the top 10 nominated photos and videos
*Period: Wednesday, May 13 – Wednesday, May 27, 2020
ㅇ Final Selection: A combination of the judges’ scores (80%) and online vote (20%)

ㅇ Contest winners shall grant the ASEAN Culture House the rights to their selected photographs for use in ACH
programs (production, copy, distribution, etc.).
