The Korea Foundation, together with the Nam June Paik Art Center, held the Nam June Paik: Exposition of Music 1963–2013 exhibition from Apr 25 to May 24 at the KF Cultural Center Gallery. Paik’s works were also displayed on an outdoor screen at Hanbit Media Park near the exhibition site, and four lectures were provided to give a focused reading to the artist’s distinctive vision.

This August, the Korea Foundation will support an exhibition on the same theme titled Transmitted Live: Nam June Paik Resounds at the University of Edinburgh’s Talbot Rice Gallery at the invitation of the Edinburgh International Festival. It previously supported the Nam June Paik retrospective exhibition at the Tate Liverpool in 2010 as well as the Nam June Paik: Global Visionary exhibition at the Smithsonian American Art Museum in 2012.
