As part of the Korea Foundation’s invitation program, 20 of the world’s outstanding scholars will visit Korea from April 21-26. The visiting academics include Dr. Yunus Soylet, rector of Istanbul University; Alfredo E. Pascual, president of the University of the Philippines; Madani A. Dakhil, president of the University of Tripoli; and Gayane Gasparyan, rector of Yerevan State Linguistic University. During their stay in Korea, these distinguished educators will visit domestic educational institutions, including leading Korean universities, the Korean Educational Development Institute, and the National Institute for International Education, to exchange information and discuss possible cooperative endeavors.
