On June 3-4, the KF co-hosted the Korea-U.S. Strategic Dialogue, in conjunction with the Center for Strategic and International Studies, in Washington, D.C. The event included the participation of key U.S. policy experts on Korea and Northeast Asia, as well as President Hyun-seok Yu of the Korea Foundation.
 President Hyun-seok Yu also attended the Korea-Czech Forum for the Future and Korea-France Forum during the month of June. The Korea-Czech Forum for the Future, held in Prague (June 15), was co-hosted by Kangnam University’s Asia-Pacific Research Institute and the Korean Embassy in Prague with support from the KF. The gathering enabled Korea and the Czech Republic to solidify their strategically cooperative relationship.
 The 12th Korea-France Forum was cohosted by the KF and Sookmyung Women’s University at the French Institute of International Relations in Paris (June 25). This year’s forum served as an occasion to commemorate 130 years of Korea-France relations, along with 2015-16 being designated the Korea-France Year. The attendees discussed their respective interests on vital global issues in an effort to strengthen the cooperative relations between the two countries.
